Pioneer is the most relaxing property around Lusaka. We offer 14 individual, thatched chalets and a beautiful 2 bed roomed cottage each set within our 25 acres of miombo woodland. You can safely walk around the property, which is great for birding.

The chalets range from simple stylish comfort to the levels of luxury expected at any Safari Lodge. All en-suite chalets have veranda’s with lovely woodland views and are very private.

Only 14 kms (20 mins) from the Airport or shopping centres of Arcades and Manda Hill Pioneer is the last oasis stopover on the way to South Luangwa and Malawi.

Its the ideal place to be if you need to be near Lusaka but don’t want to be in it.
